• Will I meet the pet sitter before service begins?
  We would prefer so, and have you and your pet meet with us before service starts.
  
  
  
• What is your procedure for an emergency?
  When you register as a client, We will get your veterinary information as well as how you want to proceed in case of an emergency.
  
  
  
• Can I get my keys back?
  We can either get a copy of your key or use a lock box 
  system.
  
  
  
• How will I be billed for services?
  Services can be paid by check, cash or credit card.
  
  
  
• Will people I don't know come to my home?
  That is a possibility, but all our folks are insured and
  have had a background check performed by the police.
